We had a wonderful stay at this lovely guesthouse in Stemnitsa. The host at Gartagani Guest House was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, offering breathtaking views of the village and just a short stroll away from the center. Despite the small size, the bathroom was impeccable and the room itself was well-equipped, even providing tea and coffee facilities and a bottle of water. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the delicious and relaxing breakfast, served in a separate area. We also heard that a swimming pool is being built in the garden, which would be a great addition to this already charming guesthouse.

Hard to think of any downsides to our stay 😊.

The blankets provided in the rooms may not be the best quality, as they tend to get too warm during the night, leading to a less than optimal sleep experience.

Cozy bed 🛏️, a convenient shower, hairdryer, and fluffy bath sheets were all helpful during my stay.

As foreign tourists, we loved the exceptionally friendly and welcoming host who made our stay in Stemnitsa unforgettable. the host went out of his way to assist us with arranging transportation for the Menalon trail and even stored our luggage while we went hiking. the breakfast provided was rich and prepared with dedication, and the rooms, though small, were equipped with all necessary amenities including water boilers for tea or coffee.

We felt extremely safe during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

The room in Gartagani Guest House was cozy and comfortable, with a tile/marble floor that gave it a nice touch. The soundproofing was great, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Plus, having an electric kettle in the room was so convenient for making a quick cup of tea!

Although the room had a flat-screen TV, I personally didn't find it necessary during our stay.
